GUL19 – Day #3

Don’t forget that GUL19 | Day 3 + BBQ will start this Saturday, 12:00, at HIB Liebenau (Kadettengasse 19)! After the games and our BBQ we’ll head over to TAMTAM for our GUL19 After-Party!

Here are some final infos for saturday:

19:00: Closing ceremony
21:30: Leaving HIB for our GUL19 After-Party @ TAMTAM
22:00: GUL19 After-Party

• BBQ infos:
Please bring your own plates and cutlery! We’ll be offering drinks as usual.
Please feel free to bring sauces and salads (share&care) and whatever personal BBQ-stuff you want (meat, steaks, vegetables, cheese,… you know what to put on there..)

• Further infos:
– There’s dressing rooms and showers available at HIB
– Smoking is strictly forbidden on the whole school-campus!
– We’ll be canceling only if it’s raining really heavily.. Planned backup-date is still June 8th!

What a great first gameday yesterday! We’re very sorry about the broken lights – the canceld match between Welat and Akdag will be held on GUL19 | Day 3 + BBQ on May 25th!

For everyone who’s thirsty for some more Ultimate-experience and know-how, Augärtner Ultimate Graz are again holding an open training on THURSDAY, 9.5.2019, 18:15, at ASKÖ Murfeldplatz. Also, they’ll be giving a short rules & tactics lesson for beginners at 17:30. Everybody is welcome!

Sportplatzgasse 13 on google maps. – If you’re not too sure how to get there, meet us at Billa @ Lendplatz at 17:30 tomorrow to bike there together!

GUL 2019!

Liebe Freunde des fliegenden Plastiks,

Auch dieses Jahr wird die GUL wieder Grazer Sportfreaks und Couchpotatoes, Tollpatsche und Naturtalente, Profis und Anfänger unter der rotierenden Scheibe versammeln.

Ablaufen wird der Spaß wie gehabt: Du meldest dich an, teilst uns deinen Ultimate Skill-Level, Shirt-Größe und mögliche Termine mit und wir stecken dich in eines von 8 ausgeglichenen Teams, die um die heurige Meisterschaft antreten dürfen. Wir haben für heuer 3 Spieltage geplant:
Mo., 6.5. 18:00
Do., 16.5. 18:30
Der finale Spieltag wird entweder am Sa., 25.5., oder Sa, 8.6., ~12:00-17:30 stattfinden.

Gul-Kick-Off/ Shirtübergabe findet am 1. Mai auf der Passamtwiese im Stadtpark statt!

Once again sports aces and couchpotatoes, butterfingers and naturals, beginners and pros from Graz will gather under the banner of the rotating disc.

It’s gonna go down like in previous years: You register as an individual, tell us your Ultimate skill-level, shirt size, and available dates and we’ll mix you into one of 8 balanced teams to fight for the annual championship! We’ve got 3 game-days planned this year:
Mon., 6.5. 18:00
Thu., 16.5. 18:30
Finals will either be on Sat. 25.5. or Sat 8.6., ~12:00-17:30.

GUL Kick-Off/ shirt-handover will happen at Passamtwiese, Stadtpark, on May 1st!
